THE HOUSES

In the tradition of Umbrian farm architecture, Il Roncone comprises several structures, which were built and expanded over time as needs evolved.

The main structure is built on two floors in an L shape with windows looking out to Lake Trasimeno, and inwards on a quiet garden courtyard.

There are 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms, 3 vast living areas, 4 fireplaces, housekeeper's quarters and 2 full kitchens. The house is beautifully appointed, with an elegant and relaxed mix of modern design and antique furniture.

Common areas and main bedrooms are equipped with telephone with intercom, gate-opening function, and independent plug for computer connection . Satellite television and fax.  The upstairs rooms are equipped with ceiling fans.  Appliances are top of the line Miele, GE, Liebherr, Scotsman, Alpes, KWC, Dornbracht.
